Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Later app (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
Your content
Photos you create with the App belong to you. Because your photos are stored on your device and not on our servers, you are responsible for backing them up (for example, via iCloud or by saving to your Photo Library). We are not responsible for any loss of photos resulting from device failure, deletion, or uninstalling the App.
Purchases & subscriptions
- The App is free to download and includes free features. Optional “Pro” features are available as a one-time purchase or an auto-renewing subscription.
- All purchases are processed by Apple and are charged to your Apple Account. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt it, or using it in violation of any applicable law.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or photos, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
